Rules

1. Bookings
The Reservations will be challenging for the Agency after receipt of the deposit not less than 40% of the agreed sum for the entire lease period. The contract, in addition to entire rental price, also highlights the type of accommodation and the amount of weekly rent. In the computation of periods of renting the number of days is equal to that of pernottamenti. Ove housing is not made on the date agreed, subject to any agreement is reached, the tenant may choose between a double deposit or the return of the same, except the most damage.

2. Prices
The agreed price includes accommodation in good working condition, furnished in a manner appropriate to the category and number of beds, including furniture, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, stove, fridge, blankets and pillows as well as insurance a first aid for minor maintenance. Repairs to minor maintenance will be borne by the Agency, unless they are directly attributable to the guest incorrect use of the leased property. The tenant agrees to use the leased property with care and is responsible for breakages or losses attributable to them; a breakdown organization must always be promptly reported to the Agency. Not included: sheets, tablecloths, napkins, linen and final cleaning.  The prices in this brochure do not include any new charge state register.

3. Availability of
The accommodation is made available between 16.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day. Arrivals and departures outside these times previously agreed upon. The customer has not occupied the accommodation booked by 18.00 the day after the agreed date, without prompt communication is deemed as withdrawn and the Agency shall be free to retain the deposit and arrange accommodation. In case of late arrival or early departure is not due a refund.

4. Mode
The guest to take possession of the accommodation, must provide the documents and pay the balance amount agreed upon, declare the number and particulars of persons who will occupy the housing. Subletting and extra guests are prohibited. Where an occasional excess, there is no right to cancel the contract, unless the damage.

5. Bail
Is required as a deposit to guarantee the condition of the premises and for the inventory. Any discrepancies noted in the inventory are recognized only if notified by the guest by 12.00 the day after arrival.

6. Responsibility
The agency is relieved of all liability for any missing objects and valuables or cash, from the premises.

7. Cancellation
For cancellations made at least 30 days before the rental start date, the Agency will reimburse 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made before the beginning of the lease, however, free the client from all obligations except the loss of the deposit.

8. Warnings
The articles and clauses set out above may be modified in the presence of entry into force of new rules of national law or regional level, without any injury or claim by the person making the reservation. The accommodation can not be rented for less than seven days. The Agency may, upon request, to show the apartment to other persons during the rental period. You must meet the building regulations and in any case the rest is from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 8.00. In accommodation, no pets allowed, unless otherwise agreed.
